More online dating app travails

And my weekend wouldn't be complete without some heartbreak: I was messaging with a guy (late) Saturday night who seemed normal and pleasant, and was actually local. He started by saying "you seem fun and interesting" - the first person since Bobby who said something like this. Heady stuff. Then, the next morning, his profile and our conversation were gone (the conversation reappeared because he messaged me late one night in November, but before I could respond, his profile was gone again). He's probably some married guy who was looking to hook up. So frustrating. Why are the appealing ones either psycho or ghosts?
