Penn State student reaction to Paterno firing

About 2000 Penn State students RIOTED! They pushed over a news van, broke street lights, and generally caused mayhem.

I guess their take away message is that winning football games is more important than protecting kids? What if that was your little brother?

I heard one of the protesters in an interview saying, "I know what happened is horrible, but . . ." But what? He won a lot of football games? That was years ago? He followed the letter of the law? He's a "good man"? Hard to imagine how to finish that sentence that doesn't make you a complete fool.
