Buck up out there!

 I'm getting heartily sick of the doom and gloom of my fellow liberals. I spoke to another friend recently who didn't want to hear my enumerations of resistence by the courts, Congress, or average citizens. She just insists that everything is awful and that's that. 

I had to bite my tongue not to ask, "What are YOU doing?" Has she called her Congressional representative? Has she attended a townhall meeting? Has she even bothered to join a local group to have some solidarity with like-minded people. Or take the time to read about what positive actions and outcomes are happening. Refusing to watch the news or doomscrolling is pointless and foolish. Her resignation and defeatism is not helping anything.
